Is there an easy way to troubleshoot and fix hp printer problems. My wifi HP printer doesnt work anymore?

Glad to help… Okay down to business.

Network troubleshooting always starts with the hardware devices you are using and the cables that connect them. The process is the same with Wi-Fi networks.

Before going to far… please clarify the problem for me. Are you having problems printing or are you having problems connecting via wireless?

I can print only if I am connected to the printer. The wifi doesn’t work even though my belkin wifi works for my laptop and the hp printer wifi button is on and blue.
